Savvas Fetfatsidis learned the value of a strong work ethic and the art of customer service at an early age. He has since applied this determination and ability to connect with others to his role as Senior Loan Officer at Guaranteed Rate. “I love helping people and I love numbers, so this business is perfect for me,” he says, adding that his clients range from first-time home buyers to investors, and that he offers conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and Mass Housing loan programs, as well as niche jumbo portfolio programs.

With 15 years of experience and a 100 percent referral-based business, Fetfatsidis prides himself on his early-adoption of new technology and willingness to originate a recently released program. “I am usually one of the first loan officers to do so because of my unrelenting curiosity and passion for learning.”

Acclaimed for his honesty, directness, and compassion towards his clients, Fetfatsidis aims to assuage his customers’ fears by helping them get their loan approved quickly and efficiently. He has even closed loans in as little as nine days. Since 2013, he has ranked among the top 1 percent of loan originators in America and has been a member of Guaranteed Rate’s President’s Club. In 2017, Fetfatsidis helped more than 180 families with their mortgage needs.

Fetfatsidis donates a portion of every commission to Make-a-Wish Foundation. He is a devoted husband and father, and is inspired by his family to appreciate life to its fullest. Outside of work, he is a passionate runner and is in the process of training for his first marathon. Among his favorite and diverse pastimes are reading, learning the piano, magic and Crossfit.
