Lauren S. Holleran
Vice President
Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty
Lauren S. Holleran, vice president at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, has a deep passion for all aspects of real estate, from meeting new people and learning more about area neighborhoods, to discovering new trends in architecture and landscaping. Working with sellers and buyers focused on properties within Cambridge and Somerville, Holleran and her team are known for their patience, resourcefulness, market savvy and compassion.
“My team’s sales volume in 2018 is on track to be up by 50 percent over 2017,” says Holleran, adding that they sold the Episcopal Divinity School’s historic home at 4 Berkeley Street for $6 million. “My team is amazing and they inspire me constantly. I have so much confidence in each of them to put the client first and constantly strive to elevate the consumer experience while buying and selling real estate. We have fun and we work hard to make our clients love their experience working with us.”
Attributing her success in part to her 14 years of experience, Holleran also notes that she’s created an extensive vetted network of local experts to whom she can refer her clients. Holleran and her team rely on a strategic marketing plan for every property they show, and use everything from video to social media and open houses.
Holleran is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and Sotheby’s Market Leaders. She supports Cambridge Weekend Backpack, and volunteers at the local school and on the Board of Visitors at Cambridge Center for Adult Education.
Holleran is a dedicated mother and an enthusiastic athlete, having played with the U.S. women’s lacrosse team after graduating from college. She now enjoys playing squash and golf with her children.
