“I have a passion for helping clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership or settle into their ‘forever’ home,” she says. “Having a role in helping someone find their home or sell their home is what I love most. Home is more than just where you live. It’s a feeling of security, belonging and community.”

This year, Malkhasian sold more than $20 million, earning her a coveted spot on the Real Trends list. She also grew her client network by serving previous clients’ friends and family members and now has a primarily referral-based business. “When they say a referral is the greatest compliment you can receive, it truly is,” she says, explaining that when she joined the industry six years ago, she needed to work off cold leads.

As a member of Lamacchia Realty, Malkhasian participates in extensive training, studying trends and data to stay ahead of the market. Malkhasian is a Premier Agent through Zillow and Trulia and her listings gain national and international exposure through Lamacchia’s widespread TV and print media presence.

Malkhasian is the Vice Chairwoman of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Young Professional Committee and earned membership to Lamacchia Realty’s President Club in 2017. She supports Boston Children’s Hospital.

“I love what I do,” she says. “To me, it does not feel like working. Going to view properties with clients is like hanging out with friends and checking out really cool homes.”
