David Green combines his passion for real estate with his seasoned business sense and extensive network to empower his clients with the knowledge and guidance they need to make an informed and confident decision. As the senior vice president at Douglas Elliman, Green works with sellers, buyers, property investors and renters, including some of the biggest names in the entertainment, sports, and financial industries.

Within the last year, Green has sold over $50 million of real estate and is consistently one of the top producing agents in Massachusetts. Among his sales are condos at luxury buildings such as 50 Liberty, Pier 4, Echelon, Millennium Tower, Millennium Place, The InterContinental, The Ritz and Flagship Wharf. He also ranked among the top five on the Leaderboard for Boston and for Winchester area, an accomplishment he attributes in part to his responsiveness, integrity, professionalism and high level of service.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Green first earned an undergraduate degree in business management and a master’s degree in finance before working in mergers & acquisitions. “My background helps me negotiate for my clients, as well as research and analyze the data of Boston’s highly competitive real estate market,” he says. “I take pride in going that extra mile for my clients which I believe separates myself from my peers. Being in the business for over 14 years, I have established a trusted team of professionals that makes the often stressful process of selling & buying into a smooth and enjoyable transaction.”

Green is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching and playing hockey, traveling, and spending time with his family.
