In an Instagram post, Concept Properties said 58 Kent St. is “almost ready for move-in” and added that the condos offer “a tailored living experience in one of Greater Boston’s most desirable neighborhoods.⁠”

Completion is expected in July 2025, with condos hitting the market soon.
