55-plus active-adult community in Plymouth opens

A new 55-plus active-adult community has opened in Plymouth. 

Builder Toll Brothers announced the opening of Owls Nest Regency Collection in Plymouth. 

Boasting 44 single-family homes, Owls Nest is located within the Pinehills community at 8 Owls Nest.

Homebuyers can choose from four different one- and two-story home designs ranging from 2,133 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet and priced from the upper $900,000s. 

Dave Bauer, division president of Toll Brothers in Massachusetts called the new collection at The Pinehills “the perfect neighborhood for active adults looking for a vibrant community and a quality luxury home that is easy to maintain.”

“With a variety of modern home designs and numerous options for personalization, home buyers can truly make their home their own,” he said. 

Homebuyers can use Toll Brothers Design Studio to personalize their home with help from Toll Brothers design consultants. 

Homebuyers will have access to a private clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and bocce court exclusive to Owls Nest residents, as well as The Pinehills master-plan amenities, including The Stonebridge Club, two championship, daily-fee public courses at The Pinehills Golf Club, tennis courts, open space and walking trails. 

It’s also close to the Pinehills village center, which features shops and services that include Mirbeau Inn & Spa, The Market, restaurants and more.
