Katherine Bell and Maddy Petrini of the Bell Petrini Group have joined Coldwell Banker Realty’s Back Bay office, bringing three additional team members with them. The Bell Petrini Group had recently been affiliated with COMPASS.

The Bell Petrini Group is a boutique real estate team headquartered in Boston’s Back Bay with more than 20 years of market experience. It’s already closed more than $47 million in real estate sales this year. 

The team offers a “white-glove, full-service approach” that covers every aspect of real estate, including buying, selling, renting and development.
