Elena M. Lau, a native of Caracas, Venezuela, embarked on her journey to Boston in 1999. Graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Lau’s path to real estate began in 2007 when she obtained her license and purchased her first home, marking the beginning of her remarkable ascent in the industry.

Currently, Lau leads as the broker/owner of UNION Real Estate, recognized for her dynamic leadership, client-centered approach, and outstanding results. Her multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication to client success make her a trusted partner for all real estate needs in the Greater Boston area. Fluent in Spanish, Cantonese, and English, her multicultural background enriches interactions with her diverse, largely referral-based clientele.

A testament to her dedication, Lau has received numerous accolades throughout her career, most recently the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award and recognition as one of the Top 100 Latino Real Estate Agents in the Northeast Region by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
