     Justin Rollo has worked in real estate for over 11 years and covers Boston and the South Shore. With a background as a professional poker player, he sees similarities in the two careers. “We constantly discuss probability and risk tolerance with our clients, which are two major themes seen on the poker table,” he points out.

     Dana Ravech is the Team Lead, primarily serving the Medfield and Westwood areas. A former teacher, she brings compassion, attention to detail and a fierce loyalty to her client relationships. Realtor Emily LaPierre covers all areas of Boston and calls Roslindale home. With her background in interior design, she helps clients dream up possibilities in any property that they may have never imagined.

     Rollo describes his team as honest and approachable, with a fun and casual style. “We work hard for our clients and always attempt to keep the lines of communication open, making the process as enjoyable as possible,” he remarks. “Buying and selling property is stressful, so we try to take some of the edge off while still getting the job done.”

     The team’s goal is to streamline the process for their clients. “Preparation is key to our success with both buyers and sellers,” Rollo emphasizes. “We do what we say and say what we do. There is something magical about setting expectations and delivering on them.”
