Industry newcomers John Capistran and Gary Reed joined ERA Key Realty as agents.

Capistran, a Charlton resident, pivoted from his career in construction to pursue real estate at ERA Key’s Spencer office.

“I joined ERA Key because it felt like the right fit,” he said in a press release. “The welcoming team, excellent training and convenient location made my decision easy. My construction experience and the resources that ERA Key offers will enable me to help my clients every step of the way.”

Gary Reed, state coordinator of the Newfoundland Club of New England Rescue and a former call center manager, joined ERA Key’s Auburn office as an agent.

“During my 30-plus years of call center management, the favorite part of my job was helping people,” Reed said. “People especially need help when purchasing a home. I want to be there to help others realize their dream of home ownership, while making the process as smooth and easy as possible. After meeting with several agencies, I concluded that ERA Key would provide me with the best support for achieving that goal.”
