Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate selected Lucas Nathan as its regional sales manager.

In the role, Nathan will serve the brokerage’s Cambridge, Somerville, Waltham and Newton offices.

He previously held leadership positions at Coldwell Banker Realty and Keller Williams in Boston and New York and has a financial background at institutions including Goldman Sachs.
