Corcoran Property Advisors, an affiliate of The Corcoran Group, opened its first Cape Cod office at 969 Main St. in Osterville.

The new location joins the brokerage’s flagship Newbury Street location in Boston and Cohasset office on the South Shore.

In a press release, Corcoran Property Advisers called the Osterville office a “key milestone” that will serve as a “central hub” for agents working across Barnstable, Falmouth, Mashpee, Chatham, Orleans and the broader Cape Cod region.

Broker/owners Brian Dougherty and Nick Robert have already been working in the Cape Cod market.
