JLB REALTY LLC plans to redevelop an office building at 131 Hartwell Ave. into a multifamily subdivision offering 290 rental units.
The Lexington development will feature one residential building and a structured parking garage with 444 spaces as well as a pool and playground.
The property, located near Hanscom Air Force Base, secured a zoning freeze on Aug. 13 permitting development under Lexington’s 2024 Village High-Rise Overlay District zoning bylaw.
