Peabody Companies selected Marcia Franklin as senior director of administration.

In this role, she will lead research initiatives, create policies and enforce property management practices for Peabody’s extensive affordable-housing portfolio.

Franklin previously worked with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, managing nearly 100 assets across New England. She’s also served as chief operating officer with Alliance Asset Management and director of leased housing with the Cambridge Housing Authority.
