Peabody Properties expanded its residential real estate portfolio, acquiring the Marksdale Gardens Cooperative in Roxbury.
The multifamily property, located at 2 Crestwood Park, has been a community fixture since the 1960s and offers 178 units of income-restricted housing.
Amenities include a playground, community room and green spaces. Residents have nearby access to public transportation and Roxbury businesses.
