Emily Corcoran joins Touchstone Closing as partner

by Liz Hughes

Touchstone Closing continues to expand with the announcement of its new partner, Emily A. Corocoran, and also welcoming three new attorneys to the firm: Katie K. Frazier, Noelle A. Rossini and Nadine R. Moujahed.

Corcoran brings more than 15 years of residential real estate transaction experience to the role. The Tewksbury resident is experienced in everything from negotiating purchase and sales agreements to representing buyers, sellers and lenders through transactions as well as assisting agents with any matter that may arise. She has also overseen and fostered attorney development.

Frazier brings her background as a family law attorney and real estate attorney to her role at Touchstone. Frazier was recently awarded the Super Lawyer designation given to a handful of attorneys in each state for demonstrating outstanding achievements in their legal field. Her arrival also establishes a new closing office at 135 Beaver St., 4th Floor, Waltham in July.

Rossini joins Touchstone’s team as an associate attorney. Rossini has eight years of experience in the industry and has been practicing residential real estate law for four years.

Moujahed joins Touchstone as an associate attorney in the company’s Boston office.

“We are thrilled to welcome such highly regarded attorneys to our growing team,” said John K. O’Donohue, Touchstone Closing’s co-founder and managing partner.
