Stacey Reifer has been promoted to executive director, residential brokerage at Senné following her tenure as managing director for the company’s residential team.
Reifer brings her extensive experience in luxury sales, rental expertise and on-site development to her new role. Her real estate background spans more than 15 years, having also held positions at Boston Properties and Lincoln Properties.
Senné leadership called Reifer’s impact on the company “undeniable, marked by a series of strategic initiatives that have propelled the company to new heights.”

Senné also announced its senior director of residential brokerage, Nicole Pirnie, is vice-chair of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR) Global Council and a Massachusetts Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee member. Further, Christie Fusco, sales manager for the firm’s Boston Waterfront office, has joined the GBAR Global Council.
Additionally, the company announced the grand reopening of its Arlington office at 75 Park Ave.
