A new luxury home community is set to open in Hopkinton.

Toll Brothers Inc. announced its newest single-family home community, Newbury Glen, will open in late spring. It will include 20 single-family homes, each on one acre or larger lots on Fitch Avenue. 

Homes are available in five designs from 3,406 square feet to 4,747-plus square feet, all featuring home offices, flex rooms, multi-generational suites, finished basements and lofts, as well as outdoor living spaces that open to private wooded backyards.

Newbury Glen is located near recreation areas, parks, shopping and the MBTA’s commuter train station. It’s also near major highways for easy accessibility.
