The Pagliucas purchased the property in 1995, tearing down the original home and custom built the one that stands there today. Construction was completed in 2003.

The home boasts several impressive amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, basketball and tennis courts, a game room, a home theater, a wine cellar and more.

“Twenty-nine Webster is a one-of-a-kind property with endless resort-style amenities in one of the most desirable areas outside of Boston,” Sarkis told Boston Agent. “Buyers will be impressed with the home’s private setting and immaculate architectural detail throughout.”

The first floor features a two-story foyer, a banquet-sized dining room and a sitting room that leads to the garden. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and finishes, along with a breakfast room and a large panty.

On the second floor, you’ll find a primary suite, along with six more bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.
