by Liz Hughes

Knox Financial has hired Aaron Romigh as the company’s chief operating officer.

David Friedman, Knox Financial’s CEO, said Romigh will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s operations scale seamlessly as it enters its next phase of expansion.

“Aaron has extensive experience in scaling growth stage companies and has been a part of more than five transactions at these firms,” he said. “This, combined with his significant operational expertise makes him the perfect leader for our next phase of growth.”

According to a company release, Romigh brings to the role two decades of experience in operations, project and programs management, and client engagement. He was previously the vice president and general manager at WeWork, chief operating officer at Miller Heiman Group and senior vice president at ICPA Global.

Romigh is also a real estate advisor with “first-hand knowledge of building an asset base through real estate for the last 20 years.”

Over the past year, Knox expanded into new markets across the country while doubling its staff and adding more than 1,000 clients.
