What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? I sold international trade show floor space for Comdex the largest It trade show in the US. It was faced paced, exciting and high energy.

Where did you grow up? Framingham
 
 
Growing up, what did you want to be? A scientist.
 
 
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Hot yoga and any activity outdoors, riding a bike, walking in the woods, snowboarding.
 
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Eleanor Roosevelt for being such a strong, smart, independent, female leader back in the early-mid 1900s.
 
 
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? My favorite hidden spot in Boston is the observation deck at Independence Wharf. It has spectacular views of the Greenway and Boston Harbor.
 
What do you love most about the industry? The flexibility.
 
 
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am a strong negotiator with great people skills. I have patience and understanding for my clients needs, and will work extremely hard to get them to the end result.
 
 
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Sometimes working with irrational people!
 
 
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Prospect with consistency.
 
 
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Honestly, the first thing that comes to mind are my three amazing kids.
 
 
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I belong to a book club, so I read many different books. I recently enjoyed “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”
 
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Any type of fish works for me.
 
 
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? I think Trinity Church is amazing.
 
 
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I sold a luxury home and two days later when the buyers were moving into it, it burnt down to the ground.
 
 
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? That I only snowboard and have never skied in my life.
 
 
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? I actually do not have a favorite vacation spot. I like to try new places and rarely go back to the same spot!
 
 
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Listen to people, build a strong sphere and work hard.
