by Liz Hughes

The Warren Group has announced the addition of Thomas Shay Hill to the company, spearheading its new national real estate and mortgage data reporting, as well as its analytics initiative, according to a release.

Thomas, who is currently a Ph.D. candidate in urban planning at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, will bring his expertise in data science and statistical modeling to the company, where he will spearhead in-depth reporting on the national real estate and mortgage markets.

“As the Warren Group continues to make headway in the national market, we’re excited to have Tommy’s expertise to help us analyze the real estate and mortgage markets across the United States,” Warren Group President David Lovins said in the release. “With these compelling insights, the many industries we serve, as well as the general public, will be able to gain a whole new understanding of the markets, where they’re headed, and how they will impact their businesses and daily lives.”

Hill has a master of science in computational science and engineering from Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Columbia University. He’s also a John R. Meyer Dissertation Fellow at Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies.
