11 new agents join Douglas Elliman Real Estate

Eleven new agents have joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Massachusetts division. Douglas Elliman now has more than 70 agents servicing Boston and its suburbs including Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. 

“We are kicking off 2021 strong by welcoming nearly a dozen of accomplished, well-respected agents to Douglas Elliman Boston,” says Kevin Ahearn, chief executive officer of Douglas Elliman’s Massachusetts Division in a press release. “Last year we achieved nearly $322 million in sales volume and we look forward to surpassing this milestone with such a strong roster of talent, especially as we prepare to launch a number of new development projects in the near future.”

Craig Brody and Eric Pearlman both join Douglas Elliman from Berkshire Hathaway and say they are excited to be joining the firm’s Massachusetts division. 

“The strength of the Elliman brand cannot be beat with its best-in-class resources spanning technology, marketing and public relations – this was the right move for us as we prepare to focus more business on luxury new development,” said Brody in the same press release. 

Along with Brody and Pearlman, the other new agents include: Michael O’Connor, Arielle Dawkins, Kaitlynn Milone and Kelsi Gotauco who are all joining the firm’s Sarkis team with co-founders George Sarkis, Jr. and Manny Sarkis

The addition of Marie Richards and Jamie Chavez to co-founders Pamela Cushing’s and Haley Cutter’s Live in Luxury Team. 

Additionally, Gianna Thibeault and Harry McCall are joining the firm as independent agents, and Siobhan Phelan will work as a bi-coastal agent connecting Boston to South Florida.
