by Timothy Inklebarger

Classified Realty Group, which is celebrating its 15th year in business in 2021, has hired four new agents to join their team covering Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.

“I’m always delighted to welcome knowledgeable, professional and passionate agents to our team. Each of these new agents brings experience and expertise that benefit our clients,” said Maureen Giuliano, Classified’s founder, broker/owner.

The new hires include:

* Erin Carey of Wakefield, “whose passion for real estate stems from a desire to connect with and help people,” according to Classified Realty Group. “The customer relations and business skills she gained throughout her career transfer to the real estate sector and are an asset to home buyers and sellers. Plus, Erin offers anyone relocating to the Greater Boston area first-hand experience and insight into moving to the region from out of state.”

* Karen Halloran of Stoneham, who has been a Realtor since 2007, is a Certified Buyer Representative and is working toward a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. “Karen is a UMass Boston graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and marketing. In addition to her CBR and SRES real estate designations, she is also a certified dementia care practitioner.”

* John “Seamus” Kennedy of Reading found his passion for real estate during a home remodeling project, according to the press release. “He is unwavering in his commitment to helping his clients achieve their goals in their home search or sale process.”

* Kara Sennott of Tewksbury is experienced in implementing design details for building and renovation projects and has a “keen sense for identifying real estate that is both solidly constructed and aesthetically pleasing.”
“She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations and values their trust, giving her undivided attention and commitment whether they’re selling or buying a home.”
