South Shore Realtors names Syd Elliott Realtor of the Year

South Shore Realtors has announced the winners in the trade association’s annual awards. The association is the second largest local Realtor trade association in the state, touting more than 3,000 members in and around South Shore and the South Coast.

Syd Elliott named Realtor of the Year by South Shore Realtors

Syd Elliott, of William Raveis Real Estate, in Norwell, was named Realtor of the Year award by South Shore Realtors. The award  recognizes Elliott for his contributions to the association and profession over the past year, according to a press release from South Shore Realtors.

David Brodeur

Elliott has served on numerous South Shore Realtors committees and task forces in addition to his role as director of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He also serves as a state political coordinator for a local state house representative. The designation puts him in the running for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year Award.

David Brodeur and Robert Sullivan named South Shore Realtors’ Realtor of Outstanding Service

David Brodeur, of David Brodeur Realty, LLC, in Dartmouth, and Robert Sullivan, of Bay Market Real Estate, in Swansea, have been named Realtor of Outstanding Service by South Shore Realtors. The award recognizes their contributions to the association over many years.

Brodeur and Sullivan both served at the Greater Fall River Association and were vital in forging the partnership between the Greater Fall River and South Shore Associations.

David Raymondo named South Shore Realtors Affiliate of the Year

South Shore Realtors has named David Raymondo, of Bearingstar Insurance, as their Affiliate of the Year. Raymondo is granted the award in recognition of his commitment to the Association, his instrumental role in partnering the two Associations, and his work supporting Community Autism Resources.
