Jeffrey Heighton

Jeffrey S. Heighton has joined Compass’ Boston operation as Regional Vice President for Massachusetts. Previously, Heighton was the National Sales Director at ACES Title Agency and Ligris & Associates, P.C.

In his role, Heighton will help to grow the technology-driven real estate platform’s presence in the Metropolitan Boston area by overseeing current sales operations, and increasing the talent pool of top-ranked agents and personnel.

Heighton’s prior work experience also includes more than a decade at Coldwell Banker in Boston, a Realogy company, where he most recently served as senior vice president of sales and operations.
