Keller Williams has acquired Team Leads Inc., an agent team business solution provider based in Ontario, Canada, and entered into collaborations with two leading real estate technology providers, HomeKeepr and Placester.
Team Leads Inc. will be rebranded as KW Team Leads and made available to Keller Williams’ agent teams. HomeKeepr will add lead cultivation functionality to the Keller Williams Real Estate Search App, and Placester will provide SEO-optimized agent and local office websites.
Chris Heller, the CEO of Keller Williams, said the new tech additions benefits teams and individuals in equal parts.
