What was your first job in the realty industry? Sales consultant

Where did you grow up? West Medford, Mass.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I take a walk and breathe, and after 10 minutes have a totally different perspective on things.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to have lunch with Opera Winfrey. She is one of the most grounded, realistic people, and truly cares about helping others and the world.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I pride myself on my ethics. I listen to my clients and always put their needs first. My goal is to always supersede their expectations.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Hmm. I can’t seem to think of anything. Every transaction is different and when things arise, having a group of resourceful people and a team working together to make the transaction work is really all it takes.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere! People love real estate and love talking about it.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Growing my business year after year.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting” by Lynn Grabhorn

What is your favorite restaurant? The Capital Grill

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Prudential

What kind of car do you drive? Volkswagen Tiguan

Smartphone or paper? Smart phone and paper. When meeting with potential clients, I still write down my notes.

What is your favorite city after Boston? Los Angeles, Calif. Love, love, love the energy there!

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Join an office that will offer you training/support. Be a part of a team to learn and grow from.
