With a family steeped in construction and an aunt who mentored her into the business as a teenager, Candice Pagliarulo Hodgson didn’t just stumble into real estate — she practically grew up in it. Hodgson understands that life is more than just the hustle and bustle of business and always leads with her heart first. Beyond closing deals and coaching agents, she leads by giving back. Her LYV-KIND initiative is all about paying it forward, whether it’s through organizing fundraisers, planning toy drives or finding innovative ways to make a difference.
