Beginning her career eight years ago, Viviane Alvarenga serves clients throughout Massachusetts. A picture of the American dream, she moved to Boston from Brazil at the age of 21 and has worked tirelessly to develop a cadre of clients she sees as close friends. Achieving Rookie of the Year status in her first year, she has since earned recognition as a top-producing agent in her locale.

With a specialty for working with developers, investors and families alike, Alvarenga and her team have the expertise to serve a broad range of clients. “I treat my clients like my family. A former personal banker, Alvarenga began growing her team—Alvarenga & Sons—a few years ago, with her husband recently coming aboard. This year, she is proud to introduce her son, Samuel, to the real estate world. Despite being just 18 years old, he brings many years of industry awareness, having observed his parents’ successful careers, in addition to an innate ability to understand and connect with the needs of a younger client base.

Alvarenga is a natural-born mentor who loves to share her professional routine as a top producer. Strong in faith and family, she is a member of Project Go, a group of friends that travels to Africa annually to perform humanitarian work. When not working, she spends time with her husband and three children, with extended family in Brazil or at her beach house. She also loves partaking in a daily dose of pickleball.
