To say that Poppy Troupe was born to be a real estate agent is no exaggeration. As the daughter of a highly successful South Shore real estate broker, she not only inherited an early exposure to the real estate industry, but she also developed her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the business. “I built my successful business on the foundation of personalized customer service, innovative techniques and expert community knowledge,” says Troupe, traits that have helped earn her top-agent status on the South Shore.
A South Shore native, Troupe previously worked in New York City and abroad in sales and marketing, equipping her with the perfect background to provide custom, in-depth analyses of the local markets to her clients. Her marketing strategies, community expertise and personalized customer service have earned her many accolades, including the prestigious Coldwell Banker Society of Excellence designation since 2022, a “best in class” title reserved for few agents in the industry. “In 2023 I was proud to be ranked in the top 50 of about 192,000 agents nationwide,” she shares. “These accomplishments reflect the time and effort I put into each relationship and every transaction.”
A staple of the Norwell community, she is an active participant in the Norwell Women’s Club and the United Church of Christ. She supports many local charities and sits on the committee for South Shore Hospital’s Moonlight and Miracles Gala and is a member of the South Shore Health Foundation board.
Troupe’s dedication to her clients and her community has established her reputation as an agent who is devoted to making a positive impact on her clients’ lives. “I have a strong commitment to the South Shore area,” she relates, “paired with a sincere desire to help others.”
Poppy lives in Norwell with her husband, John, and their four children, Archer, Isobel, Johnny and Annie.
