Fueled by the belief that real estate is the best investment one can ever make, Haley Scimone bought her first investment property in South Boston at the age of 25 while working in marketing and advertising for the former Clear Channel Broadcasting (now iheartmedia). The investment was the start of her vast portfolio in Boston and the North Shore, but it wasn’t her introduction to real estate. Growing up, Scimone shadowed her mother, a top Realtor in her area, and learned the business through watching her work.
Today, with eight years as an agent, Scimone is known as a strong negotiator who employs out-of-the-box strategy. She also offers a deep background in construction and renovation thanks to her investments and her family’s construction business. “I have renovated and done ground-up construction on dozens of homes, so I have extensive knowledge of a home’s condition and value,” Scimone attests.
When it comes to working with clients, Scimone takes a low-pressure approach and focuses on relationships and service. She happily connects her clients with her network of professionals whether they need an electrician or engineer or anything in between. “I love being a Realtor because my customers become like family,” she shares.
