Maura Cutting is never too busy to help her clients. She has operated snow blowers to clear driveways before showings and arranged for cats to be walked while potential buyers tour listings. She takes care of everything that needs to be done, including staging homes, to help properties sell at top price.

A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Cutting has lived in Central Mass, Boston, Newton, Medfield, and Cape Cod and raised a family in her present hometown and sales territory of Needham in Metro West. Throughout her eight years in the industry, she has assisted buyers and sellers in all price ranges, some clients multiple times.

With a background in sales, she developed a passion for real estate while renovating two homes. After doing extensive research on the market to determine which upgrades would give the best return on investment, she became hooked.

“Sales is transferable, so my previous sales experience helped,” Cutting says. “It taught me how to find out what buyers and sellers want, how to negotiate well and close a deal.”

Closing deals has earned her multiple regional and global awards. Among them are No. 1 Top Producing Agent in Needham by the MLS for the past six years and Berkshire Hathaway’s 2022 and 2023 Chairman’s Circle Platinum, the top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway agents locally.
