In 2022, the Zack Harwood Real Estate group grew with the addition of Carly Harwood. Together, the team achieved a combined $55 million in sales, placing their team in the top half of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents worldwide.

“I was fortunate to have Carly join the team in 2022,” says Zack, whose group is based in Back Bay. “Together, we’re able to serve a rapidly growing client base while continuing a high level of customer service across Boston, Brookline and surrounding suburbs.”

When asked about what has contributed to his team’s success in real estate, Zack says it’s putting their clients’ needs first and providing expert guidance at navigating the fast-paced Boston metro real estate market. “Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, having personalized communication and guidance towards achieving your goals is key,” he says. “In this market, it’s easy to get tripped up without an agent that’s truly in your corner.”

The group surpassed over $115 million in all-time sales in 2022, only four years after Zack entered the real estate industry.

Before real estate, Zack worked for the HomeGoods division at The TJX Companies for nearly a decade. As a buyer, he traveled internationally to negotiate millions of dollars of inventory purchases with importers, wholesalers and manufacturers.

A resident of Boston for the past 12 years, Zack lives in West Roxbury with his wife, Katie; his daughter, Eva; and the family dog, Eddie.

Prior to joining Zack at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Carly Harwood gained three years of experience at a local branch of a national real estate firm, working primarily with buyers across the Greater Boston area.

Carly is a homeowner in Wellesley, where she lives with her husband, Tyler, and their dog, Henry.
