Meet The Fermin Group, a Boston team with unmatched industry experience and resources that allow each team member to take the absolute best care of their clients. The team mostly caters to the Hispanic community of greater Boston, with most of their clientele coming from referrals, past clients, the agents’ spheres of influence around the city and high-quality targeted company ads.
Team leader Michelle Fermin started her career while searching for an investment property with her mother. She realized there was a need for Hispanic real estate agents, which is one of the main reasons she was led to create The Fermin Group. She obtained her license, and her mother became her very first client.
Education is a cornerstone of The Fermin Group’s business philosophy, both within the team and in client relations. They’re known for how well they educate their customers, but the group’s internal culture is also one that promotes personal and career development. In a sense, The Fermin Team is never done learning.
The Fermin Group has achieved over $1 billion in sales volume. They’ve been racking up industry awards since 2010 — but their most recent accolades include recognition as the No. 5 Century 21 team globally. They were also ranked the No. 1 team in New England by Top Agent and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
Most of Fermin’s agents are bilingual, with a few even being trilingual. A majority of the team members have over ten years of experience — in fact, as a group, The Fermin Group has nearly 200 years of experience combined. Their clients are never left wanting or wondering as they have the support of a whole community of agents behind them.
In 2022, The Fermin Group launched its first mentorship program for high schools. In their first year, the team mentored about 2,000 high school seniors on the fundamentals of real estate, financial literacy and building a career as an agent.
