An extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate helps Matthew Czepiel rise above his competition. “I work solely on residential real estate sales, but my diverse background in the industry gives me a unique advantage over other agents,” Czepiel explains. A Realtor at Lamacchia Realty, he specializes in relocations and the representation of buyers and sellers in Greater Boston. With a primary focus on single-family homes and condos, he also works with investors and developers. “As an owner of several investment properties, I am able to confidently advise clients who are interested in investing as I share that personal experience,” he says. 

In the industry for 11 years, Czepiel says working with Lamacchia Realty enables him to better assist his clients. “We have employees supporting agents in the field who handle the behind-the-scenes tasks so I can focus on my clients 100 percent of the time,” he says. “I’m able to ensure they always have access to properties because I truly care about their purchase and the outcome.”

Czepiel, who is known for his relaxed demeanor, believes the ability to keep his composure is key to his success. “I am very calm, even when things aren’t going well, and that rubs off on clients,” he says. “The homebuying process is a very personal thing and establishing a trusting relationship early makes a stressful process easier.”
