A source of strength and comfort for her clients, attorney Keira Gibson’s personal mantra for real estate is “everything is resolvable.” With thousands of real estate transactions of varying price points and issues under her belt, Gibson is ready to tackle absolutely any issue that may arise during her clients’ homeownership journeys.

After graduating law school, Gibson began looking for a job in family law. Despite her plans, she ended up in real estate law and hasn’t looked back. “To me, there is nothing quite like congratulating a first-time homebuyer at the end of a closing,” she says. 

Gibson is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut, although her main areas of focus are Middlesex, Suffolk and Norfolk Counties. Her business is based almost entirely on referrals from Realtors—an undeniable partnership in the world of real estate law.

“Ultimately, I feel as though we are a team—the Realtor, the loan officer and the attorney,” Gibson explains. “We should be working in sync with each other. That means being available to each other and communicating. That always leads to a smoother transaction for the client, which is the goal.”

Gibson has been named one of Massachusetts’ Rising Star Super Lawyers in 2020, 2021 and 2022. “I try to impress upon my clients on our first phone call that they can ask me anything and that there isn’t a silly question in real estate,” Gibson shares. “I think my patience, straight-forward and constant communication, as well as approachability, is what clients tend to appreciate the most.”
