As an entrepreneur and growth-minded professional, Suzanne Thelen finds her career helping real estate agents and mortgage lenders achieve their business goals to be extremely rewarding. She studied economics at the College of the Holy Cross and dedicated many years in mortgage operations before joining a closing agent.

     Thelen focuses on networking to niche markets close to her heart as a strategy for success.      Having a detailed understanding of the transaction process from preapproval to funding has been essential to Thelen’s excellent client-oriented reputation and has facilitated successful interactions with her business partners. One of her biggest accomplishments over the past year was her ability to offer substantial discounts on closing costs to first responders, veterans, active military personnel and other community champions — including teachers, doctors and nurses — through New England Title’s Hometown Heroes program.

     Thelen shares that the balancing of her work life with caring for her three children as a divorced mom is supported by her team at New England Title & Escrow. When time allows, she volunteers at her children’s school, and she can often be found cheering on her kids from the sidelines of their sports games.
