A Braintree native, Shauna Fanning began her career in auction sales but knew she wanted a change. Focusing in single- and multifamily residential real estate, Fanning expanded her expertise beyond Braintree to serve all the northeastern shore areas. Fanning receives most of her clients through referral because she treats everyone as though they were her friends and family. Through the past year’s market challenges, she closed over $30 million in transactions and was named among Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club ELITE. Fanning was also featured in South Shore Real Producers magazine and is a member of her local Realtor association.

Though a busy professional and mother, Fanning still finds time for humanitarian work and leisure. For years, she has served as a volunteer at an orphanage in Haiti. In her spare time, her hobbies include running and other health and fitness activities.
