Eager to learn and always humble, Matthew Quinlan demonstrates a constant commitment to his clients and to improving his craft. A Realtor with Classified Realty Group, Quinlan brings 11 years of experience to the field and specializes in first-time sellers, upsizers, downsizers and first-time buyers throughout the north of Boston and southern New Hampshire.
With a background as a physical education teacher in Lawrence and North Reading, as well as a volleyball coach at the high school, club and college levels, Quinlan transitioned to real estate knowing that he could bring his empathy and encouraging demeanor to a field with limitless potential. “Every teacher wants their students to succeed,” he says, “but having them feel great about how they got there and prepared to have continued success is the greatest reward.”
Getting his start under the tutelage of Classified Realty Group’s Maureen Giuliano, Quinlan quickly discovered that his can-do attitude, combined with his desire to educate his clients and provide them with the best answers, no matter how long it took to find them, made him the perfect fit for the industry. In 2012, he received the Classified Realty Group Rookie of the Year award, and he’s since been named one of the company’s Platinum Club members for both 2020 and 2021.
This year, after a decade in the industry and 35 sales, Quinlan switched gears to focus on the Quinlan Homes team. Together with his wife, Sonya, he joined a real estate coaching program to continue on the right path and hired a business assistant to gain ample time to work directly with their clients.
Quinlan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Association of Realtors and Massachusetts Teachers Association. He also volunteers as the director of Christian Youth Conference and as the community coordinator for the Healthy Kids Running Series in North Reading.
