As the leaders of a successful real estate team, partners Eric Wade Johnson and Melissa Raynor have earned a reputation as honest and trusted real estate advisors, as well as creative-problem solvers.

After entering into the real estate business at the end of his college career, Johnson realized that his low-pressure approach to sales and his ability to negotiate and solve problems made him a natural fit for the industry. Raynor, on the other hand, grew up in real estate — it’s in her blood. Her family owns a real estate business in the Hamptons, and her first taste of the field began when she answered phones for her family’s real estate business.

Johnson founded the Mission Realty Advisors Team at Compass to ensure his clients were well taken care of. “We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach,” the pair say. “Being that we work with all types of clients, we tailor our services to meet their individual needs. We believe in building relationships, not our bottom line.”

With a combined 20-plus years in the industry, Johnson and Raynor have a network of buyers and sellers whose trust they’ve earned. “At the end of a transaction with a new client, we’re often asked if this is the end of our relationship,” they share. “We’re quick to say ‘No!’ We have a wealth of information we’re happy to share with new clients and love to hear how they are doing and settling into their new homes.”

When not at work, the couple loves skiing with their three-year-old daughter, Hayden.
