In just seven years, Allison Cameron Parry went from industry newcomer to seasoned professional working at her dream firm. Parry started off in boutique island brokerages, working part-time as a broker’s assistant before delving into sales. A dynamic business school graduate with an entrepreneurial flair, she uses her expertise to deliver a top-notch experience to clients near and far.
Specializing in remote clientele and luxury vacation homes, Parry leverages technology, her network and her creativity to win contracts on properties her clients have often not seen in person. “My business style is very detail-oriented and process-driven,” states Parry. She adds, “I am relatable to a wide array of personalities, which helps me to negotiate and communicate with a variety of unique individuals.” Parry works as a collaborative team member at her firm and keeps her clients educated throughout the sales process while seamlessly resolving difficult negotiations.
Serving the southern coast of Massachusetts, Parry describes a key goal for each client of “getting to know their lives, families, passions and goals.” A Massachusetts native, she receives many of her clients by referral through the long-term relationships she has built. Parry is most proud of having led her firm’s expansion into the Martha’s Vineyard market. She’s a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers and her local Realtor association, and is also active in her community.
Savvy businesswoman that she is, Parry understands that real estate is about far more than closing the deal. She’s also a member of the Chilmark Housing Committee, which strives to create community conditions in support of affordable housing for the town’s vulnerable populations. A devoted mother and wife, Parry enjoys spending time with her growing family, sailing and exploring old-world locales when away from the office.
