With 33 years of combined experience, the husband-and-wife dynamic duo of Paul Ratha Yem and Ith Robin Lunn of Global Realty Network Inc. provides clients with the high-quality service they deserve. Specializing in Merrimack Valley’s commercial and residential markets, Yem and Lunn serve investors, fix-and-flippers, first-time buyers, and sellers. “I’m results-driven and compassionate” explains Yem. “I ensure that my clients know the breadth of their options and are able to make informed decisions that align with their goals.”
A former banker and executive director of a nonprofit organization promoting home ownership and affordable housing development, Yem joined the real estate industry 30 years ago. He has since earned the titles of Broker of the Year by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers’ Boston chapter in 2014, Top Producer by the Northeast Association of Realtors in 2018 and Top Agent in Massachusetts by Top Agent Magazine in 2017 and 2019. Last year alone, he sold $4.5 million worth of residential homes and closed $3.2 million in commercial transactions.
Joining her husband’s real estate firm four years ago after owning her own business, Lunn has since completed $3.5 million in fix-and-flip transactions. “I was able to transform the connections I made in my previous career into new clients,” she explains.
An active member of his community, Yem ran for public office as a state representative for the 18th Middlesex district in 2014 and as a candidate for the Lowell City Council in 2015 and 2017. He is now a commissioner of the Lowell Election Commission.
Lunn and Yem are both members of the Northeast Association of Realtors and other real estate industry organizations. The two volunteer with local charities and attend Glory Buddhist Temple. Together they enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
