“Meeting new people is my absolute favorite thing, but I’m equally intrigued by the transactions themselves,” he says. “The brokering of people, prices, dates, homes, contractors, etc. — it is such a thrill to put it all together.”

This year, after nine years in the industry, Farrell was named among America’s Best Real Estate Professionals by Real Trends. He and his team were also ranked among Boston magazine’s 2019 Top Real Estate Producers.

Having recently purchased and overseen a full gut renovation for a second home in Milton, Farrell applies the same level of care and involvement to his clients’ projects that he does to his own. “I truly love what I do, and that is why I am on my phone Sunday mornings to Friday nights or anytime we can help a client,” he says.

Farrell is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. He supports the Milton Foundation for Education and volunteers as a crosswalk attendant at his kids’ school as well as a coach for Milton’s National Little League. In his free time, he loves to wakeboard, play golf and snowboard.
