Rachel Hillman Foy
Broker-owner
Hillman Homes
After purchasing her first home at age 23, Rachel Hillman Foy knew she wanted to help make the process easier for others than it had been for her. In 2001, she obtained her MBA from Babson College and knew it was time to leave the corporate world and leap into the real estate industry.
Foy, owner-broker at Hillman Homes, loves helping first-time buyers and sellers and closed transactions in more than 30 different cities last year. She also specializes in relocation, luxury homes, new construction and investor clients. In fact, she has sold more than $200 million in real estate and her business is over 95 percent referrals. “Your day starts and ends at home, and I am grateful to have the ability to help my clients find that place of comfort and safety to enjoy every day,” she says.
Foy has earned the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award every year for the past five years. She was also recognized annually as a top producer before opening her own firm. In addition to being an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Residential Specialist, Foy is a member of the National Association of Realtors and sits on the boards of the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber and the Boys & Girls Club of Newton. She also volunteers and donates a portion of every sale to help fight homelessness.
Foy knows strong photography makes all the difference. Having taken photography classes for many years, she captures stunning photographs of each property. She provides showcase marketing on many national websites and also markets overseas for relocating clients and international investors. “I strive every day to offer superior service and to go above and beyond what is expected,” she says. “And my clients see the difference.”
