Jason Evans, a senior loan consultant at loanDepot, has 13 years of industry experience and specializes in delivering efficient service to a diverse range of clients. Working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizing clients, veterans, retired buyers and investors who own multiple properties, Evans is as much of a mentor as he is a provider.

“My team and I help clients feel comfortable and confident by clearly explaining the process up front, educating them on the loan programs they qualify for and making sure they have a good grasp on all the numbers that are part of the loan,” he says, adding that clients frequently comment on the ease and speed with which they were able to secure a loan. “Our ability to close loans in two weeks is a big differentiator, especially in a seller’s market like we have been experiencing.”

For the past two years, Evans was ranked by Banker Tradesman as one of the top 10 loan consultants in the state and has been repeatedly recognized by Scotsman Guide and named among the Chairman’s Elite. “I strive to make a client a lifetime client and not only have a relationship for a single transaction,” he says of his approach, noting that in addition to his relationships with his clients, he also seeks to foster long-term partnerships with industry professionals.

Evans is inspired by his wife and two children. Outside of work, he volunteers with the Foxboro Rotary Club.
