J.T. Kelly
Broker/Keller Williams
J.T. Kelly has been working in the real estate industry since he was a freshman at Northeastern University, and nine years later, he’s an associate broker with Keller Williams. With a focus on the Greater Boston market, Kelly serves investors, first-time homebuyers (many of which were previous renters), and sellers. “My priority is maintaining lifelong relationships with my clients,” he explains. “I consistently have conversations with people about why they should invest in the market and set themselves up for long-term passive income.”
This year, Kelly was able to establish a clear value proposition in order to articulate how he can best serve his clients. He recently sold an off-market five unit building for $3,225 million, giving him the highest closed monthly individual volume at his branch. In 2017, he was ranked at No. 4 in Keller Williams’ New England region for monthly gross commission income.
Known for his integrity and reliability, Kelly believes in full transparency and in supporting his greater community. “I don’t take any customer for granted, and giving back to them and the business they have sent me is critical,” he says.
Kelly is the vice president of Keller Williams Young Professionals Boston-Metro Chapter as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, and Greater Boston Real Estate Board. As the founder of the Northeastern University Real Estate Club, he offers members professional support and regularly donates to the organization. “Training is extremely important to me as well as giving back to the people and community that have made me successful,” he says.
