Charles King founded his own company in March 2017, and in just a year, the team sold over $17 million and leased more than 60 apartments. As president of Charles King Real Estate, King works with sellers, buyers, developers, investors, landlords and renters in Boston, the South Shore, Cape Cod and the Islands. Now in its second year, the firm has already surpassed last year’s totals and broken into new markets, offering clients a diverse array of options and opportunities.

“I don’t want people to feel pressured into making a decision,” he says. “Buying or selling a home is a huge financial and emotional decision.”
Currently in the process of selling a five-unit new construction building in South Boston, King takes a proactive approach to every transaction, harnessing his responsiveness and patience in order to cater to his clients’ individual needs and earn their trust. “I believe people like working with me because of my honesty,” he says. “In my opinion, it is best to be authentic and real.”

In May 2017, after just five years in the industry, King was included in Top Agent magazine.

Outside work, King supports Julie’s Family Learning Program in South Boston and Boston Children’s Hospital by sponsoring the Summer Wiffle Ball Classic to raise money for the hospital’s Vascular Anomalies Center. He enjoys boating, golfing, trying new restaurants and cheering on his favorite Boston sports teams.
