Sam Reifman-Packett wants buying and selling properties to be an enjoyable experience for his clients — a difficult but not impossible task. After almost seven years of real estate experience, he continues to realize that goal.

As a Realtor with Bushari Real Estate, Reifman-Packett specializes in the greater Boston area and works with a range of clients, from first-time homeowners to experienced developers. “I work with developers to help them create a product from the ground up,” he says, describing the end result as a property that stands out in the competitive market. Over the past year, Reifman-Packett was able to secure multiple developer listings in East Boston and Brookline, which will be sold in the year ahead.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music in 2010, Reifman-Packett has recorded several albums and toured with his pop-soul band Biscuits & Gravy. It’s no surprise that he takes a similarly creative approach to his role in real estate.

“My ability to think outside of the box has helped me find properties for my buyers in a low inventory market when nothing seemed to be available, as well as help my sellers sell properties that some would seem ‘unsellable’ or ‘tough,’” he says.
