Elis Aguilar-Becker’s strategy in life and in real estate is structured around persistence, honesty and dedication. For more than 13 years, this combination has been fundamental to her success, and as a Realtor with William Raveis Real Estate in Back Bay, she’s devoted to providing her clients with the full breadth of her knowledge and skill set while ensuring each transaction goes smoothly.

“I feel very comfortable and confident in working with buyers and sellers from a wide range of backgrounds and budgets,” she says, adding that she specializes in properties in Cambridge, Back Bay, Somerville, Beacon Hill, Brookline, Medford, Melrose and Arlington. So far this year, 65 percent of Aguilar-Becker’s business has been through referrals and repeat clients, and her average sales price has increased to $850,000.

“My commitment to my career and family has allowed me to push myself harder, create new, exciting goals this year, and make them happen,” she says. “If I say I will do something, I will do it, regardless of what that entails.”

Aguilar-Becker is a member of William Raveis Real Estate’s Chairman’s Elite, a select group whose members represent the top 5 percent of the company. She is also an accredited buyer’s representative through the National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Aguilar-Becker may excel at business, but her proudest personal accomplishment will always be her role as a wife and mother. For her, family is the greatest support system, and she credits her personal and professional growth to their love. “It is very hard to keep the balance with a family and a successful business,” she says. “But with the help of my business coach, my hard work and my husband’s support, I have been able to exceed my goals this year.”

When she’s not working, Aguilar-Becker volunteers with Make-A-Wish Foundation and supports organizations throughout the world that seek to improve the lives of children. She also loves to cook, read and dance with her daughter.
